1. Our Commitment
At FarmKind, we take pride in the quality of our seeds. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- Your return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- Perishable or opened seed packets cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order ID
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used seed packets
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
- Orders where the return window (7 days) has passed
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Cancellations
