  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment must be completed at the time of order placement

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping carrier. FarmKind is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of FarmKind Raw Seeds Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

FarmKind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
